Pure Purple Studios is a young boutique style photography studio, based in Convoy, Co. Donegal. We capture the essence, the story of your Family's special moments in life with passion and creativity in a style that is uniquely Pure Purple. From the first tear to the last laugh, we capture the joy, the excitement, the love and sometimes the sadness, in short the emotion of life.
Pure Purple Studios is own by Connor & Nicky Maguire. Connor is the creative one and has been behind the camera from a young age, but moved away from his passion in his late teenage years as he was told it wasn’t a “proper job”. Having spent many years in management roles, there was always that pull back to his passion and after several requests from friends to photograph their special moments, Connor decided to take the plunge and turn his passion into the means to live life and support his family.
Connor has never felt the need to be bound by usual conventional rules of photography, always experimenting and looking for new and creative ways of capturing beautiful images that tell a story.

In the past 5 years Connor has gained lots of experience, doing everything from press and commercial photography to school photography. However capturing images of people have always given him true satisfaction. His philosophy is that the better a time, and the more craic we have with you, the better yours images will be and they will truly reflect your personalities.
Nicky works more behind the scenes, she got bitten by the photography bug from being around Connor and has found she has her own unique style, which complements Connors. Nicky’s work is more candid and she has an ability to catch people’s personality in a shot.
